Account deletion

Delete your Saddle account

You can delete your account, and everything in it, from inside the app. It takes four taps and needs nothing from us.

1. Open Saddle and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap Edit profile.
4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.

What happens next

Deletion is not immediate. Your account is scheduled for deletion 30 days out and you are signed out everywhere. Sign back in at any point in that window and the deletion is cancelled — everything is restored exactly as you left it.

After the 30 days, your account and its data are permanently erased rather than hidden or archived: your profile, your horses, your rides and routes, your photos, your documents, your posts, and every file you uploaded.

If you own a barn that still has other members, the barn is handed to its longest-standing member, so the people in it don't lose their own content when you go.

Can't get into the app?

If you've uninstalled Saddle, lost the device, or can't sign in, email us and we'll process the deletion for you. Write from the address on the account if you can — it's how we confirm the request is yours.
